The TMG may outsource the handling of the personal data of Users, within the scope required for the achievement of the purposes of use, to outsourcing providers who have been delegated all or a portion of the services.

The TMG shall establish matters related to the appropriate processing of personal data to have outsourcing services providers handle the personal data of Users only for such tasks performed on behalf of the TMG, make them obligate not to disclose or use personal data for other purposes, etc., and shall engage in oversight to see that there is appropriate control at the outsourcing services providers.
